A new American barn-style residence showcases a bold and thoughtful transformation of the original home. Distinguished by its use of Melbourne red brick, the renovation introduces a striking two-storey design that mirrors the footprint of the existing building while incorporating a self-contained secondary dwelling positioned above the original double garage. The project delivers a contemporary interpretation of the classic American farmhouse, enhanced with a full suite of modern features and amenities that elevate both functionality and style.
The project received significant industry recognition, winning the Gold Coast 2025 Regional Design Awards – Residential Renovation Over $1M, and was further honoured at the 2025 State Design Awards, where it was awarded Winner – Residential Renovation Over $1M. These accolades recognise the project’s exceptional design execution, innovation, and craftsmanship.

The four-bedroom home blends modern industrial influences with subtle Art Deco detailing, incorporating advanced cladding systems and contemporary construction techniques.
